BZMS Events is a Cincinnati-based company that provides event and project management services to corporations, businesses and non-profit organizations. The daughter of entrepreneurs, Betsy decided to hang out her own shingle in 2004 after many years in financial services marketing. Betsy is an Ohio native, OSU grad, and proud mom of two amazing kids who are creating their own great stories in tech marketing and design/branding. Her husband Tim, Chief of Planning and Land Aquisition at Great Parks of Hamilton County, is a big supporter of BZMS Events and can be found often at her major productions serving in a variety of roles.
Project highlights include dinners and other celebrations including most recently, a gala with national reach, hosted by the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center; opening events for several new facilities for Cincinnati Children's, Mercy Health, UC Health/West Chester Hospital, and TriHealth; conferences and symposiums for several large local companies; and special projects including marketing campaigns, training initiatives, brand launches and more.
BZMS Events has been certified as a Women's Business Enterprise since 2011.

We are proud of our portfolio of past projects and the relationships we've built with clients over the years. Current and past clients include Cincinnati Children's, CincyTech, The National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, UC Health, Junior Achievement/The Greater Cincinnati Business Hall of Fame, University of Cincinnati, Bon Secours Mercy Health, Breakthrough Cincinnati, Atrium Medical Center Foundation, Crayons to Computers, Varian, The HealthCare Connection, Cordata, Women’s Capital Club, TriHealth, Ingersoll-Rand, The Health Collaborative/HealthBridge and more. We have had the pleasure to produce opening events for as many as 6,000, business dinners and other celebrations ranging in size and scope from galas for 900 - 1,000 guests to more intimate gatherings for 50 featuring custom gifts and menus, conferences for 500+, training initiatives for 16,000, and special projects including marketing campaigns, training initiatives, brand launches and more.
